Oso IP is actively looking for patent families available for purchase or licensing that meet two criteria:
Pending Application
The patent family must include a pending application with at least a few years of remaining patent term.
Significant Infringement
The patent family must disclose novel technological advancements that are being used in the market to drive significant revenue.
With that said, it is very important that such significant infringement grosses at least hundreds of millions of dollars/year, per infringer, in order to justify an engagement with Oso.
